Project Title: Dynamic X-chromosomal reactivation during neuronal differentiation (PhD graduation in 2025)

Summary: During my PhD I investigated the role of the inactive X chromosome and its dynamic reactivation during neuronal differentiation as a mechanism of female resilience to neurodevelopmental disorders. During the time at the Gerber Lab, I also contributed to the biomedical aspects of project R11 “Investigation of Sequence–Structure Relationships in
Interphase Chromatin”
