Project Title: The role of the NLS region in TDP-43 phase separation

Summary: In my project, I investigate how a short N-terminal disordered domain comprising TDP-43 nuclear localisation signal (NLS) and its known post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation, might be involved in TDP-43’s self-assembly and phase separation.
