Project Title: Roles and Regulation of transcriptional condensates

Summary: In this project, we aim to develop a comprehensive understanding of transcriptional condensates by combining systematic imaging of their components in cells after perturbations with multi-scale modelling. We study the interplay between important transcriptional regulators and chromatin for these condensates, and integrate our findings with physical mechanisms.
