Arriving by public transport:
Mainz main station (Mainz Hauptbahnhof) is serviced daily by several Intercity (IC), Eurocity (EC) and Intercity Express trains (ICE). Please check the Deutsche Bahn website for timetables, connections, and to purchase tickets.

If you arrive at Mainz central station (Mainz Hauptbahnhof), there are regular buses that you can take:

• Bus lines 6, 68, 74, 78, 79, 93
  Mainzer Straße/Gonsberg Campus stop

Arriving by car:
Public car park ‘Gonsberg Campus’ (1st hour free)
Please note: The Gonsberg Campus is a car-free zone! Access is only permitted for a short time for delivery traffic!

Bicycle parking spaces
are available on campus.

Accomodation:
Accomodation is not included in the registration fee and needs to be self-organised by the participants.

Participants are offered special rates for rooms at the hotels listed below for the duration of the conference by using the given keyword when making reservations directly with the hotel. The keyword will be provided upon registration. The room contingent is limited, provided on a first-come-first-serve basis, and each reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

Please note that the hotels named are just a selection of many which can be found in the Mainz region and the organisers can not be held resposible for availabilty and/or level of service. If you are planning to stay in Mainz, it is recommended to reserve your accomodation as soon as possible.
