Project Title: : Intrinsically Disordered to α-Helix Transition of the IM30 Protein Structure

Summary: I am studying the intrinsically disordered to α-helix transition of the IM30 protein using theoretical and computational methods. My research focuses on understanding the mechanism of the order-disorder transition and exploring the different structural states of IM30, from biomolecular condensates to higher order ring assemblies. This work aims to provide insights into how the protein changes its structure and assembles to perform its biological functions
