IRTG Funding Request Form for Conferences

This category covers all kinds of conferences (incl. online and local)

Requirements:

You must present your SFB1551-related research (poster or talk) at the conference.
The topic must clearly link to SFB1551 goals.

What’s funded:

Travel (train, flight, public transport)
Accommodation
Registration fees
Visa costs (if applicable)
Note: Per diems or daily allowances are not covered.

Funding cap:

Up to 1000 € per paid co-worker (i.e. students/postdocs/staff scientist paid from SFB1551 or registered as “associates” with the IRTG
If funds remain at the end of the year, additional support may be possible
