Project Title: Investigation of Sequence–Structure Relationships in Interphase Chromatin 

Summary: Single-cell Hi-C contact data was used to construct 3D models of chromatin structures. I focused especially on diploid cells where we use an adaptive resolution maximum-likelihood method to associate ambiguous Hi-C contacts. This allows for generation of high-resolution models which can be used to analyze structural phenomena of chromatin in the cell nucelus.
