Project Title: Deciphering substrate selection by nuclear proteolytic condensates and the biophysical properties that drive their formation

Summary: Within my project, I want to study the recently identified nuclear proteasomal condensates that form in cells under stress conditions. Thereby, I aim to elucidate the mechanism of their formation as well as their cellular function by investigating other components present in these condensates.
