Project Title: Polymer concepts Related to Post-translational Modifications of Neurodegeneration-Linked RNA-Binding Protein

Summary: The aim of the project is to shed light on how Post-translational modifications alters the structural and transport properties of the RNA-binding proteins such as FUS. which are involve in several neurodegenerative diseases. By adopting the multi-scale simulations, state of the art physics based methods and machine learning approaches, we will try to answer this question.
