Project Title: A Supramolecular Chemical Biology Approach to Studying Protein–RNA-Based Regulatory Switches.

Summary: o I investigate how RNA-binding proteins regulate alternative splicing, mainly focusing on how cooperative protein-protein or protein-RNA interactions influence this process. Using a combination of functional genomics and bioinformatics, my research aims to understand the complex mechanisms of cooperative RNA regulation, including the impact of RNA modifications.
