Title: Protein condensation in the presence of nucleic acids

In the cell, many protein condensates form by nucleic acid binding proteins. This is true in the cytoplasm as well as in the nucleus. An example of the former would be RNA-binding proteins forming stress granules and of the latter the nucleolus. However, different physical phenomena can be behind these interactions. I will discuss different approaches of how to observe them experimentally.
