Project Title: A Supramolecular Chemical Biology Approach to Studying Protein-RNA-Based Regulatory Switches

Summary: My project is about studying the relationship between sol-gel transition and phase separation in RNA and protein systems and utilizing molecular dynamics simulation and theoretical analysis to explore how system complexity and multi-scale and multi-component ensemble behavior in this system.
